Only the values you or your AI assistant send in a tool call (last oil change date and odometer, current odometer, oil type, driving pattern, as-of and start dates, miles per month, owner's manual intervals, engine size class, oil capacity, service type, city cost tier, add-ons, the hourly value of your time, drive and wait minutes, factory warranty flag, vehicle age, planning horizon, quote details you already have - provider names, prices, service type, oil type and brand, filter, quarts, warranty, disposal and rotation inclusion, earliest slot, rating and review count - the oil type you need, your scheduling window, and for the draft request your first name, vehicle year, make, model and engine, oil preference, city or ZIP code, preferred window, extra requests and an optional phone number) and technical logs (timestamps, tool names, status and error codes). We never ask for a street address, GPS location, license plate or VIN. No accounts, no profiles, no cookies, no tracking.
To compute the result you asked for, enforce rate limits, debug errors and prevent abuse. We do not use your data for advertising or model training.
Computed per request, nothing stored: tool inputs and results are processed in memory and discarded when the response is sent. Technical logs are kept by our hosting provider for no more than 30 days, then deleted.
We do not sell or rent personal data. Tool inputs and results pass through the AI assistant you use to call this service (for example Anthropic Claude, OpenAI ChatGPT or Meta Muse), which handles them under its own privacy policy. Our hosting and logging provider (Cloudflare) processes requests on our behalf under contract. We do not send anything to mechanics, shops or booking platforms. We disclose data only if required by law.
You choose what to send; names and phone numbers are optional. Request access, correction or deletion, or ask a privacy question privately at support@magicteams.ai. We respond within 30 days.
This service is not directed to children under 13.
We will update the date above when this policy changes.
